So, you've got white & sw potatoes par-boiled or boiled? Lots of garlic and onion sauteed with the garam masala? Then add the cooked potatoes & some chickpeas to the onion mixture? Is that it? And how much coconut to the roti recipe?
Tell me; I'll make it; and I'll call it the "Garrett Spicy Special".
just boiled, and garlic and onion sauteed with curry spice that i made myself for the recipe a few days back with the beets. seeds dry roasted and then ground up etc. that is it.
the coconut i used was unsweetened to preserve the natural coconut flavor and avoid it being too sweet. i just eyeballed it but it was probably around 3/4 to 1 cup of coconut.
Okay..so I need some direction with amounts for this. I love all potatoes. How does the coconut fair with it all? Extra sweet?
ReplyDeleteNow you've really hit a soft spot in me - curry!!
